Job Title: General Managers
Job Location: 1800 NW 66th Avenue, Suite 102, Plantation, FL 33313
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate operations, working closely with Senior Managers and Directors to ensure adherence to all relevant legislations, health and safety policies, and deadlines
- Develop and achieve standards of operations in line with company standards and to ensure maximum revenue
- Plan and budget annual expenditure and forecast; generate monthly and annual reports of company’s forecast, profit and revenue for the Board and Shareholders during monthly meetings
- Ensure that all staff members understand the company’s objectives and work together to achieve them
- Manage staff hiring from operations to office-based roles; conduct individual employee reviews, lead team meetings, and manage performance and personal development plans
- Plan forward for all operational requirements to ensure resource availability
- Ensure the Miami branch sufficiently supports global Fine Art network
- Prepare applications for CITES, NOAA, Fish and Wildlife permits
- Negotiate and manage key client accounts
- Develop new clients, ensuring adherence to Cadogan Tate service standards including service specifications and high client satisfaction
- Identify new and diverse business opportunities based on close attention to Fine Arts trends
- Participate in strategic development and strategic plans of the business development
- Develop and foster relationship with Fine Art vendor decision-makers
- Act as brand ambassador and client liaison at art fairs, gallery openings to promote Cadogan Tate services.
Job Requirements:
Employer requires five (5) years of Fine Arts Logistics experience including Project Management, Customer Services Management, and Operations Management. In addition, the employer requires the following:
- Three (3) years experience working with fine arts logistics clients
- Three (3) years experience managing a fine arts logistics team
- Three (3) years experience with international fine arts logistics
All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
13% domestic travel and 1% international travel is required per year.

Job Title: Fine Arts Logistics Managers
Job Location: 301 Norman Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11222
Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional and efficient service to international and domestic Interior Design clients. Serves as primary contact for key customer relationships. Manage projects and customer expectations, and apply agile pricing strategies according to market trends. Guide vendors and employees in performing client management functions.
- Ensure client satisfaction for fine art shipping and improve processes while maintaining cost efficiencies
- Manage strategic relationships and key accounts
- Foster and maintain relationships with Fine Art vendor decision-makers
- Maintain an overview of Fine Art market sectors
- Liaise with customers and organize shipping and logistics needs
- Identify new and diverse opportunities based on Fine Art trends
- Act as brand ambassador and client liaison at art fairs, gallery openings to promote Cadogan Tate services
- Plan turnaround times, schedule collection process and fine art packing and shipping
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Operational departments on collections, deliveries, and packing requirements to ensure client expectations are met
- Supervise and monitor Account Managers, Fine Art Coordinators, and Administrative Assistants within the Fine Art and Interior Design Services Department
- Support staff development
- Assist line manager, VP of Business Development and Director as needed
- Analyze cost/charge; profit/loss; rates and pricing policy estimates and tender, turnover and profitability
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy for reports (monthly turnover reports, pipeline estimates) for managers and
Ensure compliance with US and international requirements for inventories and commercial invoices
Job Requirements:
Employer requires a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts. In addition, the employer requires the following:
- Three (3) years of experience as an Account Manager in Fine Arts Logistics
- Three (3) years experience with Art Handling and Technical Installations
All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
1% domestic travel is required per year.
