Should you need the contents of your home or business premises to be stored between their removal from one location and delivery to another, or indeed require long-term storage, we offer modern, high security storage facilities in London, Paris, the Côte d'Azur, New York and Los Angeles.
Within these facilities, we provide containerised storage, secure private rooms and racked commercial and archive storage. Full handling capabilities and inventory management are also available.
Your consignment enjoys the highest levels of security while in storage. Our depots have electronic access control, sophisticated fire detection and suppression systems, recorded CCTV with sound, all with central station monitoring.
If your consignment is going to be stored for some time, and you will require on-going access and management, our Private Room storage offers the best option. This is particularly practical, for example when extensive personal wardrobes, private wine or art collections, medical records, archives, or executors' estates are being stored.
Our Private Room facilities are flexible, and can be customised to meet your specific requirements. Options include high security rooms that can be temperature-controlled (for the storage of art, antiques, musical instruments etc.) We are also able to offer security receiving and handling, with online inventory reporting giving you real-time overview and management of your storage room.
Our Over-sized Item Storage Areas are designed for the storage of large and irregular items which cannot be easily accommodated in a Private Room. Space is assigned by the square foot.
Over-sized Item Storage Areas are suitable for the storage of particularly large pieces of domestic furniture, grand pianos, large sculptural or decorative art pieces or business related items such as conference tables or even items of commercial machinery.
If you are unlikely to need regular access to your possessions, then Containerised Storage in industry-standard sized containers (measuring 2.4m high x 1.5m wide x 2.15m long), offers the most suitable option. We keep our terms for this service as flexible as possible. You do not need to commit to long-term contracts and we require only two weeks notice when you wish to depart from store.
If you choose Containerised Storage, we make detailed notes of the condition of your property when we collect it, and it is then packed, labelled and loaded into your containers. These are security-sealed in your presence and are then stored in our computer-controlled container storage facilities for as long as you wish.
As an example based on domestic possessions, a container of this size will comfortably hold two beds, two wardrobes, a fridge, a cooker and a dozen tea-chest size cartons.
When you wish to have your stored items returned, the containers are delivered back to you and the seals are broken in your presence. Every item is unloaded, placed where you want it and then unpacked and checked against the inventory and condition report.
Should you need to remove or add items whilst a container is in storage, the container will be opened in your presence in a comfortable inspection room, the items in question added or removed, the inventory updated and new seals are then fitted.
Through our custom designed iLIVE inventory management software, we can provide you with real-time visibility of your stored items via your computer, tablet or smartphone.
iLIVE is hosted on a secure webserver. Your information is encrypted and can only be accessed via your unique user name and password. It provides details of the locations, quantities, values and physical condition of the items you have in storage. Images can be attached to each item in your inventory.
Our storage facilities at all locations offer dedicated, flexible viewing areas. Private Rooms or containers can be opened, and their contents examined or removed and displayed for photography, viewing and condition reporting.
