Francois Gauci

U.S. Director

Francois joined Cadogan Tate in 2002, at which time their team consisted of a small warehouse and 8 employees. Over the next 2 decades he was involved in developing the brand and presence of the US business. He was instrumental in planning and overseeing the opening of the Los Angeles office in 2009, where he was based for 3 years, then Miami in 2016 and finally Chicago in 2018. His team has grown in that period from 8 to almost 300 employee’s seeing T/O increase from $700K to almost $60M. He has overseen 3 acquisitions on the west coast and is charged and active in seeking new M&A opportunities across the USA. Based in NYC, he has an active presence in all US offices on a regular basis working alongside his senior management team.

Michael Driver is the General Manager at Cadogan Tate New York and has been with the company for 17 years. As a seasoned professional in the Fine Art Logistics industry, Michael is responsible for delivering financial performance, driving growth, and maximizing the supply chain efficiency of the New York operation. Michael views his role, and that of every Cadogan Tate employee as that of a brand ambassador, exceeding the expectations of every customer by delivering the highest levels of customer service. He has a passion for developing people and has been a great mentor to some of our rising stars in Cadogan Tate.

Stephen McHugh

VP Business Development

Born and raised in New York City, Stephen McHugh has been surrounded by art and design his entire life. Starting as a driver for an art logistics company back in 1986 while pursuing another passion as a musician, he now has 35 years of experience in this business. Working his way up the ranks through a few art shipping and moving and storage companies over the years. Stephen has held positions in just about every department and capacity there is in the industry, including owner of a moving and storage company for 4 years before bringing his experience, and the client relationships he built to Cadogan Tate in 2003.

Fatbardha Ura

Group Financial Controller

Fatbardha Ura joined Cadogan Tate in 2005 and has more than 16 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis and corporate compliance. Fatbardha oversees operational accounting and leads the production of financial reports, maintains the accounting systems, payroll, tax, internal audit and cash management for Cadogan Tate New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Chicago divisions. Fatbardha holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois. She graduated from University of Tirana, Albania with a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Finance and Business Administration. She’s taught Strategic  Management and Macroeconomics’ courses in Shkodra University.

Luis Hidalgo

Interstate & Operations Manager

Luis Hidalgo has over two decades of experience in the art logistics field, including working with Cadogan Tate New York for the past sixteen years.  As Interstate and Operations Manager, he is responsible for daily operation of the warehouses plus leading and coordinating interstate trucking routes throughout the U.S. In addition to his title role, Luis relies on a combination of creativity paired with rigorous technical analysis and problem solving to strategize the kinds of unique bespoke projects that only Cadogan Tate can accomplish.  He serves as the go-to coordinator for large-scale projects and both installations/deinstallations of large sculptures.

With an M.A. from The University at Albany, Dan’s interest in history and art led him to Christies Auction House, working in Post-Sale Operations for three years before Joining Cadogan Tate in 2014 where he now leads our NY dispatch team.

Stephen Feeney’s career with Cadogan Tate spans almost two decades.  Stephen began his storied and integral position with Cadogan Tate in the early naughts and continued to grow as the company expanded to its current marketplace position as one of the world’s leading global art shippers. With a veritable versatile background in finance, art history, museum professions and auction house services, Stephen utilizes his cornucopia of knowledge regarding international art transport to assist clients with the handling and transit of their most treasured objects – from family heirlooms to museum quality artworks.  His ability to integrate all facets of the international art transport services offered by Cadogan Tate and required by our clients brings a valued assurance to each shipment handled.

Angel Pereira

Operations Training & Development Manager

Angel has been with Cadogan Tate since 2008, but his experience in moving, storage and fine art logistics goes back to 1992, starting as a helper for a local NYC moving company. During the following three decades, Angel worked his way through the ranks of several companies holding various positions including, packing, crating, mover, driver, foreman, project manager, warehouse and storage manager, dispatch manager and everything in between. His comprehensive real world experience translates perfectly to his current role as Training Supervisor, passing this knowledge and expertise to the next generation.
