Paul Haynes – Managing Director
It is no exaggeration to say that Paul Haynes has the removal business in his blood.
His great-grandfather and his grandfather worked together for Carter Patterson in Woking in the 1920s with two carts and four horses. Paul’s father worked for Morris Removals in Bagshot while he was on leave from his national service. When Cadogan Tate bought Morris Removals in 1996 Paul became the manager.
If the removal business has dominated Paul’s professional life to date, then singing and rowing are clearly his personal passions. Church music venues don’t get much loftier than St. Paul’s and Winchester Cathedrals and Paul has been a member of the choir at these and other venues.
On the water, Paul has rowed competitively at Henley Regatta and for the Royal Navy where he won the Joint Services Medal as stroke of the Navy’s first eight. On land, he’s a qualified pilot, truck and fork lift driver. As you’d expect, the Managing Director of one of the UK’s leading residential removal businesses knows it inside and out, man and boy.
Alan Carpenter - Operations Manager.
Alan has been with Cadogan Tate since 1995; joining the company as a driver in the Berkshire office. Alan has held management roles since 2000, rising to his current position as the result of hard work and dedication. Alan fully understands the needs of the customers and the removal staff, giving him all the necessary
experience to oversee the delivery of a top quality removal service. Alan is a qualified HGV driver, Fork Lift driver and First Aider.
